Hey all, Now guy here...
So I just got my first non-disposable e-cig. Like it (read: LOVE IT!!!).
Yesterday the bat was good all day. But today... it lasted about 4 hours. But then again, I've been on this thing like a McDonald's milk shake.

Bottom line: I've learned my lesson quickly... buy extra bat's! LOTS of them! LOL
So, the question is, how many is sufficient?

Thanks for any input.

It really depends on the type of battery you are using. if you are using 650mAh+ two really should suffice one will charge in far less time than the other will last. If you worry about one failing you can buy a third, but unless you find a great deal on a single battery buying a second starter kit will give you two extra batteries another charger and a couple attys for little more than 2 batteries will cost.

I use 3. One back up, one charging, and one in use. It works well with the XL batts for the 510. And of course, there is one stored as replacement (4 total).

Works well for me.

Same here. Although, I discovered recently, that KR808 batt's only live 3 or 4 months. My number 4 is already going down. Time to move to mods!

Agree for sure, I started with 2 Riva kits and they lasted 8 months, just broke out 2 new kits a week ago. I did catch a great sale and 2 batts for back up or loss. Now atty's that is another story, have at least 5 extras.

Googled the Encore e-cigs and if I'm looking at the right site, their batteries are $26 a piece, that's highway robbery.
Particularly since they appear to be a mini-ecig, meaning the battery is prob ally about 200mah max.

For the price of a couple batteries you could buy and entire ego or Riva kit, with dual batteries 650mah or more
