RDA The o-ring on the Tugboat V2

Anyone have a good method to get this thing off without cutting it? The topcap is super tight and I hear it's way easier to maneuver without both o-rings but that sucker is refusing to come off.

Do not use pliers of any kind!

I lubricate the o-ring, and use a the edge of a small flat head screw driver to get under it and lever it up. You can then either slide the same screw driver or another second one under the ring and lift it off.

You can also make sure the ring is dry, then pinch with fore finger and thumb at opposite sides forcing up a section of the ring. Then get a screw driver under this raised section.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try juicing it up and getting some of my flathead rda screwdrivers in there after work. Actually I've got a allen key thats pretty small wonder if I can get it under and then use the angle to pop it off. I'll let ya know how it goes!

Dental picks are also excellent for o-ring removal.

I secind the dental pick
I remove the o rings from my drip tips all the time with it, I put some Teflon tape under them to tighten them up. I hate wiggley drip tips.

I just have cranked mine on and off so many times that BLOOMIN O ring has succumbed.
