Just a quick thought...

It's actually a nice thing to be able to request and confirm a device in advance knowing, if all goes as anticipated, that you will eventually receive the device you sought after.

I can tell you one thing.... I'm a bit relieved, to say the least, that my device has already been confirmed.

At least its the first step in the right direction...

Peace-

Actually what I should have posted was... I'm a bit relieved, to say the least, that my serial number for the device I wish to own has already been confirmed. :)

Major,

I've seen that some have managed to get their registration number with a leading '0', e.g. 0306.

I would also like to have this leading 0.

I'm registered with number 508, any chance that I also get the leading '0' -> 0508 ?

Many thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
pii

Good point you ask about. In past runs, numbers before 1000 (001-999) were always done in a sesquence of 3 numbers. THe leading zeroes that have been requested, say 0508 may be engrraved as simply 508, deoending on what the engraver does.

It is possible though since Imeo is making a run of 2200 that the engraver will start with a sequence of 4 digits which would mean all serial numbers under 1000 would have at least 1 leading zero.

If I get any firm answer, I will post it here but as for reservations, 0508 and 508 are counted as the same number. :)
