Your request for 1100 was requested between the time of your original post and your last edit of the post. Since I have no way of knowing what was originally posted and then edited 2 days later, I must give it to the person who requested it before your edit.
Please do not edit a request list. This is for all, not just my good frienmd Eti0001! If you efit a request two days after you posted it, I have no way of knowing what you added or deleted in the edit session. IF there is a correction or deletion or whatever, it must be posted as a new reply. Older posts that are editted will be taken as being submitted on the last edit date.
I am sorry but we have to make sure it is fair for all. Please ask Jesse J for an altrernate number. Thanks!

Yes your PM was received before it was requested on the forum here but PM requests are not accepted so everyone will know who asked for a number and when it was requested. The post that did request it was edited after your request so for now, it is listed with your name.
That is subject to change since neither request was properly submitted. I will post on a clarification on the rules after updating the list in a few minutes.
Yes and in cases where I have to determine who was right and who was not right, it prevents me from having to look like a grumpy bear...
The list has been updated and is current as of Tuesiday, May 15th, 2012, 0655 (6:55 AM) EDT. This includes all additions, deletions and modifications except for number 1100. Please see the next post to explain and to restate the rules for reserving a P&P.

Can I have 6969 or 6666 or 1313 or 2882 or 2874 . Am sorry for that but since morning am reading and cant just see an empty number or a one that I like so I sujest those numbers. Hope if I can choose from them tell me so I will take one of them.

Guys and Gals, I do NOT enjoy having to look like a grumpy bear in this thread. It is for all to get what they want or as close to it as is available. There are some rules though that are being ignored or forgotten!
I count you all as friends and I have made many new friends with this first time ever reservation list for a new GG device. Even so, my first duty is to Imeo and making sure that numbers requested are given based on who requested it first. There is no one, including the resellers, associates and myself that have taken a number out of its place over any person that has requested it first!
We made the rule that all serial numbers requested must be made on this thread here so there is no doubt or idea in anyone's mind that this is 100% fair to ALL!
Still, even as the list grows longer and the numbers left less, we are stil getting requests for numbers by PM. It is NOT due to being rude or impolite that we say no PM requests - It is as already said - Everyone is equal when requesting a number! To make sure all can see, I will say again for the record: If you request a number by PM, you will be politely asked to post your request here! Requests by PM will not be accepted as official!
I must also add that we have many friend of the GG world helping to make sure that GG users from all over the globe get a chance to reserve a P&P so they are making multiple requests for non-ECF members or non-English speaking vapers. That is approved by Imeo so it is all well but whether you are posting a number request for one number or for a group of people, do not edit that request post! Make a new post to change what you want to change!
Why is this? Well if for example you make a post today for number XXX and edit the post 2 days from now, how is anyone to know what was edited? I am sure NO ONE is doing anything wrong on purpose but since all requests are posted here, when you edit the post for XXX two days from now amd another person has asked for XXX before you edit your post, it looks bad.
So, to be fair and make sure all have the same knowledge, if you edit your request post, the time of your edit will be accepted as the time all numbers in the post were requested. There is no other fair way to do this. I hate to have to post all of this but as I say, my job requires it. And to make it real, I have today a number that was requested in an edited post and before the post was edited, another person PM'd a request for the same number!
Now, it is simple. Both are submitted improperly but how is the number to be given out? The answer is simply to follow the simple rules we have. Don't worry, all is well but this had to be posted. Hope everyone has a good day
