WooHoo, just got half of my orders of new stuff in the mail today, I got sum wire, and batteries. But the big one for the day was The Omnitester. Playing around with it; it seems pretty cool. It tells you the ohms, the voltage, and the voltage drop! Still waiting for the Nemesis and the 3D, hopefully they will come Friday or saturday!!!¡¡¡!!!

I'm not sure how accurate it is. So I'm gonna take it to work with me tomorrow and test it against my calibrated fluke.

Please fill us in on that one. Will be interesting to see the results. I know these crap $10.00 or less meters are worthless at correctly measuring ohms. Wondering how these dedicated things do metering low resistance.

Personally I'm sticking with my $100.00 Micronta bench meter since it works right, and I bought it a long time before I needed a mater for vape gear.

Alright - so I took the omnitester to work today and compared it to my FLUKE.
The fluke i compared it to is a Fluke 87 III true rms multimeter that was last calibrated February 2014.
Results-
Fluke-3.613 volts
Omni-3.5 volts
Fluke-0.9 ohm
Omni-0.8 ohm
Hopefully this helps you to decide if this meter is accurate enough at $14.99 to do what you want it to do.

it really depends, but in your situation not really. For some one that doesn't how off it can be yes. Even more so when building close to the amp limitation of your battery, for example using a 18350 aw battery you want to be at .8 or higher, but if the meter is false reading by .1 and building a .85 or .9 is actually .75 or .8 on the nose type of situation can be bad.
