The Perfect Vape

The holy grail of vaping. We are all in the search. It is not about the replacing tobacco. We are past that. We are nicotine addicts that have changed to a new delivery system. New technology has provided the opportunity to replace an extremely dangerous addiction with a less damaging alternative. Now we are in search of "The Perfect Vape". While totally subjective, we continue to to discuss the components that would give us what we are looking for, “The Perfect Vape”.

I am almost one year into this quest (March), I did not have a problem converting from smoking to vaping after smoking for almost 30 years. After a week, maybe 10 days, I knew this would work for me. I have not had tobacco since. I have tried it all in the past to quit smoking. Cold turkey, patches, gum, hypnotism, prescription drugs, the wife withholding sex. None of it worked (the last was the one that convinced me I had a problem.


What are the components of the perfect vape?
Liquid flavor

Liquid composition (VG/PG)

Throat hit Temperature

and more I am sure there are more

There are things that influence the the characteristics
PV Device
Atomizer type
Resistance
ect



This is a complicated and subjective subject. I want to limit the discussion to the most important component of your perfect vape? If you have already attained vape nirvana please resist in telling all (it probably doesn't apply to everyone anyway). Let's just get a list of the most important component to you.

I am looking for volume with flavor. I like a warm vape but that is not the high priority.

What do you think?

I think I just found mine & it's a a cartotank on a VV device.

I like a tasty, yet complex flavor . .and subtle. 1 dimensional or simple juices get boring after a while.

I also like a clearo for the convenience and minimal leaking.

I've only been vaping for 4 months now so I don't know about the holy grail .. but I'm very happy with what I've got . .ego twist 650 with clearomizer (I used to like low res heads but now I prefer standard res heads) and a whole bunch of nic base and flavors to play with.

I drip sometimes when I'm testing my juices .. but I pretty much hate dripping. I have a couple RBA's but can't be bothered with them. I really want variable wattage and replace-able batteries but don't want anything bigger than what I've got.

I can't think of anything that currently exists that would be better for me than my current set-up. That will probably last until tomorrow, lol.

I've found my Perfect Vape many times, only to loose it the next day because something changed for me. I also get tired of vaping the same flavor all the time so for me I'm looking for the Perfect Set of Vapes. I am completely confident I will never find this.

Everything you mention has a bearing on it, but it's mostly flavor and vapor production for me.

After 3+ years of striving for the perfect vape combo-my main aspects are
1.a reliable, consistant performing pv
2. eliquid flavor that holds up thru the entire bottle.
3. Throat hit
4. vapor clouds

For me the perfect vape is subject to change at any given moment. I know how to get a great vape from just about anything ...... for a while.

I don't care what it is, if I use it for to long, my taste buds will dull. So, at least for me, the perfect vape is more than one.

Life was a lot simpler back in the day when cigarettes destroyed taste & smell, and we didn't seem to mind.
I think part of our problem is that we become obsessed with, after all those years, we can actually taste again.

There is no perfect vape, there is just YOUR perfect vape, as taste is subjective and we all enjoy different things, there are several setups i see that i would never enjoy even though it is bliss for the users of that way, while many would never like what i do..

you have to find what you think is the best vapor for you.

I agree with the two posts above....i can get just about anything to be good...but to be perfect takes all things required to be present at the same time.

Right now perfect is bobas in a Nova on my VW...watching Walking Dead on my 42" 1080 LG

The perfect vape is one that kicks my throat hard, not too hard, (no lingering pain) and a collection of personal vaporizers and a collection of interesting heads for those vaporizers.

My perfect vape could have invisible vapor and plain flavor as long as it had knock-your-socks-off TH.

For me, the most important thing is that my setup provides what I need to feel satisfied.
And there is not any one factor that stands out above the rest really.

I don't have to have tons of vapor, but there has to be enough.
I don't have to have a hard throat hit, but there has to be a decent amount.
I don't need to have a wonderful flavor, but it has to be something I consider tolerable.

Once I can get enough of those things, then it becomes all about convenience for me.
My setup has evolved over time to provide enough of what I need in the most convenient way possible.

And if the NJoy King were ever drastically reduced in price, and made available in 18mg nicotine strength...
That would instantly become my perfect vape.

Rebuildable dripping atty. The best vape experience I had so far. I now officially regret buying 2 genesis, pack of cartos, some tanks and clearos. All I need is dripping!

p.s. My ex pulled that "no sex" thing on me too... in few weeks made me realize that I don't actually like being around her at all and should move on...

I'm still chasing it.. Thought I might've found it a few times... Right now what's most important to me is flavor. I'm still looking for my ADV rotation. My setup is okay for now..a Provari mini w/cartotanks get clean flavor and great vapor.. Sometimes it seems so elusive to me.. the perfect vape.
