It has been said many times on the forum, the proof of a good supplier is how they handle mistakes. I ordered the sweet deal on 3ml bottles (25 for $7) on 12/16 and received my order I believe on 12/21. Well, I opened the package and there was a bit of a problem because I received 25 pipettes rather than the bottles. I was a bit disappointed because I had just received quite a few new flavorings I wanted to mix up, but it wasn't a biggie.
I called PA and told them my problem. The conversation was very short I was asked for my order number and told, "We'll have them sent out priority and you'll have them before Christmas." What? I thought to myself. At this point I felt this was going above and way beyond and said, "It's not a big deal at all, it's just bottles, don't go to the extra expense just send them normally." She wouldn't hear of it though and sent them out immediately. I received them on Christmas Eve. Whoa!

Excellent, excellent customer service!!!!
