Just like six...my habit was already 8 years old by the time I was 19....so I second the notion " Good on you! " You will thank yourselves when you are older.

4 times a week i have to walk up 4 stories of stairs. before i stopped smoking i always had an asthma attack and couldn't breathe. now i gently jog up the steps
