If you are doing temp control then lower the temperature. Using mouth to lung (MTL) on a tighter draw will decrease consumption. If money is an issue learn to dilute your store bought liquid or learn to mix and flavor your own. My DIY costs 1.2 cents per ml.

I think higher wattage uses more juice..for example I vape the CloudBeast 0.15 ohm coil at 125w..
I refill the 6ml tank often, can actually see juice level drop with every DL hit..
On the flip side I vape the RTA-2 with a 0.3 build at 75w..again with a 6ml tank but maybe fill it once a day or so..So yes more wattage will use more juice..Don't know about temperature, I don't use TC..

Try visiting Steam Engine's mod range page, plug in your values and find the "sweet spot". Compare that to what you are at now.
It may help.
I couldn't find my coil on that page. It is a pre-made coil that comes with the Aspire Cleito tank and it is 0.15 ohms according to my IPV6x mod. What would be the sweet spot there? I am using a 70/30 DIY with 3 nic and I usually vape from 58W to 75W.

Higher wattage will vaporize more liquid, yes. However, it might be that you'd vape more outgrown often if turning down the watts, and in that case your liquid consumption might not benefit much. Also note that a lower watt setting requires a coil build suited for lower wattage in order to provide a satisfying vape.

Disregard my advice; I wasn't aware that that mod is temp control.

I am continuously adjusting the Wattage or Temperature while I am vaping depending on the flavors depends on what wattage I get the best flavor. Also as a tank heats up adjusting TC will make for a more pleasant vape. So many variables affect how much power is required. Especially now that the weather is getting colder time for More Power! I don't care how much e-Liquid I consume to be honest.

Now that is something I do not normally do is use more than one MOD at a time even though I have 3 regulars at the ready. There is one for my office, one for going out and one for type of work being done. I usually switch tanks not MOD's.
I avoid flavor burn out
by having 4 or 5 mods/tanks with different flavors in my daily rotation...I hate vaping the same flavor all day long..and I can instantly change up from subtanks (125w+) to RTA's at 45-75w like when watching football or the World Series at 5p Pacific time today..(RTA dosent fog up my room so bad like the CloudBeast, lol)
I have a favorite when I'm driving and another I like to use when I'm trying to win some $$ down at the casino..lol
