I emailed 'Vapor Tek USA' as to current/future stock of the Russian 91%. They responded that they currently were 'out of stock' and were "unsure' of any future stock.

Anyone else know where the 'Russian 91%' might be had?

We were advised and continued to sell below the minimum price! We have come to an agreement that we will no longer sell the price of the Russian below the suggested retail price. With this being said, we will be able to fulfill the orders that have already been placed but any orders from this day forward will be priced at the suggested retail price. There actually was a lot of good to come of our conversation with Kebo and the Germans!!
