Hey AG, I don't feel like being nice,HA - HOWEVER, great review, thanks. Nice looking mods

Thank you dspin!
That means a lot to me! :)

The Tilt 'n Shoot works even better than one of our other favorite woodys. The sealed tubing means there is no leaking inside the box. Even a leaky atty will merely drain into the catch cup. There is a short tube that fits into the bottom of the atty, so it's actually feeding the atty & not just flooding the cup.

You said that the tubing actually goes into the bottom of the atty .. like does it go inside the atty?

Hey Stash!
The bottle has a fitting on the top that fits into a hose. The hose then fits to a metal nipple on the bottom of the 510 connection (so it's sealed inside the box). There is a short metal tube on the top of the 510 connection, which goes inside the atty when it's screwed in. The tube directly feeds the atty coil (& wick). If you over feed the atty, the juice will flow into the cup. Like other systems, it takes very little practice to get the feel for it.

I hope that's more clear, but maybe not...

for the price I had to order one, never tried any other bottom feeders. This should be nice. Hopefully my non-existant wood working tools will allow it to look close to one of the masterpieces that "the captain" produces. either way, the price cant be beat for nice stuff, sure you could get a cheap plastic box for the same cost, but this will look way nicer in the end.

I "almost" understand LOL. So the plastic tubing itself doesnt go into the atty, the metal tube part is what goes into the atty .. is it like on my Phidias which has the metal tubing that goes into the bottom of the atty? Is it like that?

Nope...not like the Phidias.
There is no needle.

The inside of the box, has two nipples (connector & bottle), joined by a hose...totally sealed up. The top of the 510 connection has a needle/tube, attached to the connection, that fits into the bottom of the atty. The Scallywag feeds very easily. A two second squeeze of the bottle is all it takes. Think dripping, but it does it to the bottom of the atty.

I think Brian has photos on his website: www.RedSkyMods.com
