The wicking method is a good idea, its similar to the "Iteo wicking", but Iteo himself never made a video or guide for it.

I just think it's wild to fit all that cotton in there, obviously this is only for the heavier gauge builds with wide diameters. Lighter coils will get pulled around too much.

I think it might be a little nicer to peel off both outer layers instead of one, just my opinion. Still seems like a lot of wick for what is generally needed.

I'm very surprised that this topic hasn't drawn more attention in the last few days. It is a great find, and though it may not sway everyone from their preferred wicking methods, it's certainly worth a look.

I am currently using it on my standard build (Plume Veil, dual coils, twisted 28ga @ 2mm). I did use only half of a cotton pad total due to the smaller diameter of the coils, but I stuffed them tighter than I ever have. With rayon (which I love!), I can fit about 8-10 drops in there before it's overdrip city. Using the Scottish roll, I can easily double that. Plus it "seems" to use less juice per pull; I can hit it 25-30 times before re-dripping. I can only imagine how much juice one could get into a deep well RDA like a Magma using this method. This will be great for my commute, as I do drip & drive. Now I can just fill up when I leave and make it most of the way home without dripping.

Next up will be to try it in my RTAs that have a habit of leaking. I'm guessing this method may solve that as well based upon how much juice the wick can hold.
