"Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the weather inside delightful..... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow......":laugh::laugh:

I've done lost my mind.

Just got back from Aspen, CO. I was there from 12-10 to 12-20. The conditions are fantastic!

Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands opened on the 11th and Snowmass and Aspen Mountain have been open since Nov. 25th. Some of the best early conditions I have seen in years.

Get up there! That snow isn't going to board itself, you know!

Atlanta just got our first "official" white Christmas in 119 years. With all said and done we ended up with 5 inches. That is huge for GA anyways.

I'm in NY and spent Xmas with friends yesterday and after dinner, a couple who live in Atlanta came over to say hi before returning to Atlanta (he's from the area where I live) and they're supposed to fly back today. We're expecting the storm that hit you, with about a foot of snow, so they might be stranded in NY until all clears. :(

WOW!!!!! That sure don't look like the South to me!!!!

B!!! Stay snug and safe!!! Hugs!!!!

BTW... It should look like this here by tomorrow AM...pics to follow! :)

Beth had to take my Escape to work today...her car barely got out of the driveway. Of all days for Livi to get a mysterious rash/hives, she had to get one today! I called the Dr., she said basically not to freak out, no fever and no itching, probably just a mild food allergy. Still, it's scary! AND I've yet to see my mailman. Snow brings badness!

Way back when my daughter was about three, during a blizzard, she stuck a chain up her nose. I had to drive her to the hospital which was about thirty miles away. The roads were so bad I couldn't go down the correct one way street so went down the other. It was a small town so there wasn't a problem. The cop did stop me though. I explained and he told me to go on my way.
I'd pulled over to the side and the car was stuck. He got behind and pushed as I gave it gas. I sprayed the poor guy from head to toe with wet, slushy, dirty yulk.
I felt so sorry for the poor guy!!!
