I decided to return to vaping after a year of analogs. Found that there were new units available, ie. the Ego and the Riva, so I ordered the ego from china and 2 days later the riva from L.F. in california (the price was too good to pass up. recieved both and set to vaping, nice but i needed new juices so i ordered from vapors kitchen and added some cartomisers. i picked them up in person from brandon. one of the cartomisers caused a short in one of the ego batteries, but ithought the battery in need of charging so i tried it on one of the Riva batteries, same result...needless to say i shorted out all 4 batteries. contacted china and while they were sorry it was my fault and not a defect in the equipment. i contacted brandon at vapors kitchen and told him my tale, he said he was sorry and that he would send me one of his T-Rex 1100 mah batteries and a charger and if i would post a review. well here it is
The T-Rex 1100 mah battery is in my opinion incredible, I find the increased length to be quite comfortable in relation to stock 750 mah riva batteries which seem short by comparison. the button has a hard metal casing which seems more durable and the light ring is easier to notice than looking cross eyed at the button on either the Ego or Riva. after using this for over a week I find that it is my main battery and the only time I use the riva batteries is during charging. I recomend both this battery and Brandon at Vapors Kitchen. they've both been good to me.
