I have to say I haven't had most of the problems that have been mentioned with my ego t. I am still using the two attys that came with the kit for over a month now. Not that the problems listed aren't legit, but I have gotten bad attys, carts for every device I have bought (about 8 total). Now of course these attys are more expensive but I haven't had a problem.
I think part of the problem is that these have been built up to be the be all, end all ecig. For those that are already happy with what they are using then these probably aren't going to give you much more satisfaction then what you have. It's certainly not perfect, but again every other device I have needs some tweeking to get optimal performance. There are tons of threads listing tips for using the tanks and cleaning the attys that I would strongly suggest you check out. Just search for it and you'll find a plethora of info.
I have used mine exclusively since getting it. It will just depend on what is the aspect of vaping that is most important to you. To me, these cover all the bases. Easy to use, great vapor, sufficient (not the best) flavor, long battery life, etc....
