Consistency.

I've tried a lot of juices and liked about 5-10%. But, occasionally, I'll buy a juice that just isn't as good as the last. I've considered vapors tongue, but once the vendor works through their stock or if I buy from a different vendor, it tastes different.

I have to assume its either batch to batch consistency, or the batches tend to settle before bottling.

I don't see this spoken about frequently, but I've experienced it with almost every juice I've tried.

Yup I've seen this too. Some mfg's though are very consistent (unfortunately I don't really care for their products) and then there are those that I really like that can be hit and miss and change a bit from week to week. Generally if I buy several bottles at the same time from one location they're pretty much identical but if I buy from different stores a time spell apart they could be totally different

The thing about reviews is that they are usually one-shots, or one-offs. Most reviewers aren't reviewing their 3rd bottle of a liquid, but their first.

For notes on consistency, you need to visit the vendors sub-forum here, or their FB page to read more info from long-time customers. It's one of those I usually tend to investigate.

I've experienced it too however I know of one maker that does it right time after time. Clouds of Goodness. I've spent $300 at $20/30ml for their Bliss. It has never let me down so I know it can be done. I'm willing to bet that some outfits will use what they have to get the bottle on the shelf instead of waiting for the exact same flavors they used the first few times. This would mainly be due to cost.
