I've made a Universal Anti Spill Sleeve© for my dark horse. Inner nesting sleeve is a unicorn ecig bottle that keeps the o rings just below the airhole. Outer tube is the top of a 50ml plastic graduated cylinder from wizard labs. Two thick o rings from I think a Patriot atty seal it all together. Air flows in through the top, but if you tip it while it's overdripped, liquid stays in the sleeve, and then gets sucked back in. I've been dreaming of this for a while and was simply fed up with juice-hands. It works great. It's a little hard to get everything situated and not rotate the airflow ring incorrectly, but when it's set it stays there. It does seem to impede airflow just a little bit because the ID of the outer ring is a mm too close to the ecig body, but a trip to the hardware store could fix that. I just pull a little harder and faster and I'm tasting no burning, and a slightly thicker cloud. It works. Enjoy my ghetto-neering, folks. mod is a 100W itaste. [removed]

Here is what I use on my SV clone rda. https://www.fasttech.com/product/33...36000https://www.fasttech.com/product/3336000

These are taller and tighter than typical silicone slip rings. They have never slippped out of position in my pocket. The SV barrel is tall enough that I can push the ring down to expose the aiir supply then work it back up to close it off. They stay on well enough that I haven't lost one yet. They are goofy looking. I wrote to FT and suggested they offer plain ones with no printing. I'd even pay more. You can turn them inside out to hide the printing but they don't stick quite as well.

P.S. Ah, now I see what you are trying to do, create a resevoir for spillage while keeping the air supply open. Good idea but I'll stick with my ghetto rig.

That looks like it'd work well for that style. I've tried that style before, but the problem is that I would still spill all over the place when driving or distracted, the band would just hold back a drip or two with a slight tip.

With my design, the sleeve actually covers the airhole, but leaves a gap inbetween the atty and the sleeve, creating an overflow reservoir.

Only improvement I can see is a one way valve diaphragm and a larger airflow gap.

What steps do you use to add your own photo? I'm a tinkerer like you and would like to add some of my modifications. So how do you do it.

To add a picture to your post, middle click on www.imgur.com, hit upload, find your file, hit start upload. Now copy the "Direct link" with CTRL-C. Back on ECF, hit reply, and the bar above the typing box, one icon to the right of the smiley face, the one with the mountains (hover to see icon label) click that, and CTRL-V to paste in the link box. Presto, image inserted. This is on a pc. It might be faster to take a pic with your phone and use it to go to ecf, rather than put the image from your phone to your computer, or email it to your pc.
