Like most people, I have been wondering "what the hell is up with the USPS?" My first order from Halo took 8 calendar days to get to me in Reno, NV with no shipping updates in between whatsoever. So when it arrived, I thought I might as well put in another order now if it will take that long. Then I saw lots of other people here complaining about the same thing.

Well, good news, Vapers! That second order was delivered today after only 4 days (including one Sunday)! Still no updates from the USPS until after it was in my mailbox, but the shipping time has gotten much better!

Wishing everyone else similar results,
Miami56

Hi Miami56! Thanks for the good news - I am about to order a few things from Halo myself and was wondering how long it would take! My first order was during the New Years snowstorm/blizzard. I waited a week and am in Michigan. They just got plowed with another storm, as did we, so I will cross my fingers!
I have only been here for a month, so I don't recognize your name -- are you new, too?
How's the vaping going?

USPS Kearny, the huge distribution center was hit with 3 times the normal volume from Christmas thru the first 2 weeks of Jan. Everyone getting late Christmas orders, Late sales, returns, whatever. (Keearny is where most Halo orders go to get to you)

Things are better, I've got several shipments (not all vape related) through with normal good speed.

So have no fear, your Halo will get to you.

Having said that, don't fret over the tracking feature. It still sucks. Priority scans well, but the first class is iffy.

Hi Nanny! Yes, I am new as well. Been vaping for 5 days and am loving it! I even converted one of my coworkers! My girlfriend got me into it from a recommendation from her coworker, and after seeing some of the cheap stuff out there, I'm glad I went with Halo. Loving the G6 and the juices have been incredible so far.

Welcome to our asylum... My latest order was shipped Monday and allegedly left Kearny :evil::mad: today. If it says it's in San Jose tomorrow that means I will get my order on Friday. We shall see...

What part of Reno you in? I used to live in the NW off Kings Row and also in Sparks...

I'm in the south end of town, but my boy goes to Peavine off of King's Row. Used to live in SF and worked in Millbrae. Are you down by SJ?

My first order was around the 23rd of January and took forever. I can't help but laugh that "Priority 2 day" takes 3 to 5 days normally but 8 days that week.

That's a long drive to drop off the boy.

I'm east of SJ in the Central Valley 10 miles east of I-5 when I'm home which ain't often now... My wife is starting to call herself a military wife and I've been out of the USAF for 33 years...

Yesterday I was tracking a package ( if you can call it that ) and a pop-up asked if I would take a survey on USPS. Spent a few minutes answering their questions. I did give them the lowest scoring I could.

Told them their tracking system was horrible....that it mostly shows package leaving the senders city and then nothing.

Plus that I had a package shipped on Jan 2 and received it on Jan 22.

Then I asked in the comment box where my dang package was since it finally said "delivered"....still haven't received it.

I'm so frustrated with USPS. The old saying "Patience is a Virtue" has taken on a whole new meaning for me.

I gotta say, I hate usps! My latest example. I ordered a drip tip from Fasttech. I know, coming from China you have to be patient. That being said. It made it from China to New York, headed for Pennsylvania. Don't ask me why, it left New York to go to Pennsylvania and wound up in Jacksonville MS! That was January 30TH, it's now Febuary 6TH. The last I can see it left MS. I absolutely love vapeing, but I hate depending on usps. Being there is no b&m near by I'm at there mercy. Believe me, getting your vape mail is nothing short of a miracle!

    No you can't
Their need a number to call that you can talk to someone with without going through hell.

Twice in two months I had problems. Call their numbers and it's not working or leave your number and no one calls you back.

Sent email and did get a response three days later and was told package went back to vender because of street address was missing; OK I said. Still went back and forth to main and local PO for another five days until yesterday the vendor called me up and said it was returned.

Lost cause with USPS I'll use them with minor orders and if I want to be sure to get my order fast without any issues it's UPS

    Gtown? Wow.
The 4 shipments ive gotten from Halo was straight from NJ to Lexington.
    priority mail ?

I actually live in Gtown so it's correct that it went there. Mine never even showed it going to any sorting facility in NJ this time, though. It just magically left Halo and magically appeared in Gtown. I did whatever the free shipping over $75 option was.

His mother deals with taking him to school. She lives up there. I get weekends.

Never spent much time in the Cental Valley, but a lot of time in the Peninsula and SJ. Go Sharks!
