Has anyone ordered from the vape kitchen? I ask cause I placed an order last week on Thursday. On Friday I got an email giving me a tracking number. Usps says that only the label has been made. I sent them an email on Sunday inquiring if maybe I was sent the wrong tracking number. Today I went back to the page and noticed under shipping that they only ship Monday thru Thursday. Of course I will check the tracking again tomorrow to see if it left. Was just wondering how good the customer service is and what other people's experience with them has been.

I have not ordered from them. But if their website says they only ship Monday thru Thursday, then that's probably a safe bet. Have you received any more shipping confirmations now that it's Monday?

It did update. I have just never seen a company send out the tracking number way before they even send out the package. it is usually the same day. I was a little surprised by that since I did read that they can take 2-4 days for processing. It is all good. Just different. I now look forward to trying them out. The flavor profiles are very unusual.

I've actually been seeing this quite often recently for some reason - I'm currently waiting for an update from a tracking number I was sent 5 days ago... So far the only issue has been longer shipping times but I've received everything I've ordered with the exception of this last item but I'm not gonna give up on it just yet

It finally made it in. USPS had to send it all around the country first. lol I am kinda on the fence about them. The tai mango sticky rice is really good though. I think it needs to steep a little longer, but otherwise good. Got a few other flavors. I guess I am really not meant to have any custards cause no matter who it is they all taste funny to me. What I really need to do is stop trying to find something different and just stick to what I know works. lol
