I placed a order on 1/17/13 and have still not received it yet. I got a e-mail from her with my order number and CC charge on 1/18/13. Is this normal to have to wait this long for stuff from TVG. I e-mail her last Fri and have not heard anything. I know they just changed web sites and I want to make sure my order is coming. This is all my wife setup and liquids so she has been freaking out on me for it not coming yet. Does anyone have a phone number I can contact them at. Thanks for any help that will keep me out of the dog house as it is cold and snowing here.

According to there website, orders #100001 to 100066 shipped Saturday 1/26/13 ,and #100067 to 100097 ship monday 1/28/13...Hope this helps you
I checked the site and her blog. got phone number but say to send a e-mail so I did again. if she is just behind on sending orders that ok. I am worried because the order number I was given is not like any other order numbers.
That is weird , I'm sure there just a little behind . Allot of vendors are right now.

I had an issue with her new page myself but I sent an e-mail and got a reply by the next day. Have they replied to you yet? I'm curious since this is my first order with TVG and am still not sure what I think.
No reply yet. I'm not sure what I think yet also. $100 missing and a mad wife are not a good combo. She has been having to share my setup and does not like my flavors. She started smoking again the other day also. Hope to hear something soon.
She seems to be fairly active on her facrbook page...you might try there. It sounds like your order may have been lost in the website move and change in order number system...stay on top of it till you get an answer.

My order went in on her old web site and seems to be the cause of the problem. She contacted me and said she would send out the order tomorrow. Maybe I will get some free swag for the wait.

Has your order arrived yet? I placed an order a couple of weeks before Christmas and paid for it (about $300 worth, 3 belated Christmas presents) and haven't received it yet - However my order is an odd one as I am getting it to Australia, which is not supported by the default website, and the order was made through tickets and emails, but I haven't heard anything back for a couple of weeks despite opening a new ticket and asking. But due to the unorthodox order method I have no order number. I just figured they're backlogged from Christmas still, but starting to get a little bit impatient.
