Smartvapes out of business?

I bought some atomizers on 3/22/12 (Thursday) from Smartvapes, received the confirmation e-mail, and since then, that's all I've gotten. They have already charged me, it hasn't been shipped yet, and my order status on their site still just says "Paid". I tried e-mailing and calling the phone number on the site, no reply.

I'm a little annoyed, had I known this I would have ordered somewhere else. Most of the times, even if I order early on a Thursday, it seems like it ships next day and I receive it sometime after the weekend. But now it hasn't even shipped yet and I've been charged! Anyone know whats going on with this supplier?

Did you email sales@smartvapes.com ? That is the email I used a couple times to ask some questions of Allan and he got back to me fairly quickly....

Also, I don't always receive shipping confirmations from every place I shop from. Maybe smartvapes doesn't do that? I didn't get an automated shipping confirmation from them with my order BUT I was emailing and ended up paying through pp so it was a different situation....

This may not be the vendor's fault. One time I ordered a cell phone and received shipping confirmation. After about 10 days, I contacted the vendor and he said that I should give more time. I finally did receive it 3 weeks after the he said he sent it. The postmark was dated the day he said he sent it. So, I can't blame him.

Still waiting on any info on my order placed on 3-22-12. Just sent them an email giving them 24 hours to respond before I reverse the charge. Won't be doing business with them again no matter how this turns out. Customer service has been essentially non-existant. There are many better vendors to do business with.
