I really try to stay away from this thread but some times it just has to be done.

I placed a order on Sept 19 2012 and after 7 days I emailed them becuz I never got my order, comes to find out it was shipped to a wrong address and never returned to sender, but I made the order to the correct address and I checked my order history and it says it was shipped to the correct address so it was nothing I did wrong. I have spoken to customer service many many times and I am told to have patience while they figure it out. They have been trying to figure it out for almost two weeks now while I still do not have my order or a refund of only $15. This issue is something on their end and me being the customer should not have to wait while they seem to be doing nothing to help me. the only thing I have left to do is do a charge back on my credit card to get my refund and never order from them again. This has been a very poor experience with the customer service just saying they are working on it over and over with such a small issue and not just going on and refund me or send a replacement when it is clearly something wrong on their end.
