The Vapor King Did It!!

This is day 6 with the VK, and my first analog-free day in about 25 or so years!! Up to this point, I still needed my first-thing-in-the-morning smoke. But today, I picked up the VK instead of the fire-stick when I got up, and while I was a little anxious, it worked! I'm still gonna take this one day at a time, but I think I may be done. HOORAY!!!

That is GREAT news, betcha it feel's fabulous. I remember, I was so nervous in the morning with my coffee, paper, et, it was the hardest part of the day, to vape. took me a month. Your doing GREAT

Oh Tom! That is great news! Congrats! Isn't it a great feeling? To know that there is actually something out there that you can do instead of smoking?

Thanks, guys. It really is a good feeling. This was the first day that I was home all day, and I vaped alot (I mean ALOT), but no analogs! I did come across my first bad cartomizer, out of the Mboro 16's, but it's not even a big deal. Steve's gracious bonuses have more than made up for that (THANKS!!), so I'm still Smilin!!

I also have another question for you guys: Just before the batteries die, the switch seems to stick occasionally (I quit drawing, but it keeps on as if I didn't stop). Is this normal? When it happens, I just throw it on the charger, and don't wait for the LED to flash at me. Then it's okay until it gets low again.

(I actually kind of like it, so I guess a manual battery is in my near future!)

I went to a party last night, where a bunch of my long time friends were amazed that I, of all people had quit. I typically smoked more analogs than all of them. I told them the only reason it worked is because I lost nothing in the deal. I've quit smoking, yet I get to keep smoking (vaping). It's a no lose situation.

I think I've convinced a few to try.

Congrats, Tom...I feel much the same way...so excited...so hopeful.
Today is the first time in nearly 30 years that I did not have an analog nearby and did not HAVE to buy a pack. We BBQ'd steaks tonight and shared some wine...my trusty VK got me through a traditionally heavy smoking night with barely an urge!!! Heavy vaping to be sure...but no analogs...NO ANALOGS!!! I can't believe it...I'm so happy and grinning like a fool!!!
