I am a noob and ordered my eGo Dual Coil Mega Cartomizer Kit through the Vapor Room last week.
Their website was very easy to get around on and see different things. as well as having some video up on how to properly refill the cartomizer, which I truly was initially worried about.
In addition to the starter kit, I ordered a 5 pack sampler, received a free 15 ML of juice of my choice for being a first time customer, received another 6ML that comes with each kit and they also threw in a smaller sample which I thought was great!
The only issue I had was with USPS and their horrendous routing of my package, but that is no fault of TVR since they shipped out within 72 hours, which I thought was VERY reasonable.
I also received a hand written not on the bottom of my copy of the invoice which I feel is very thoughtful.....especially in today's martketplace with often rude service. Also included in the package were instructions for proper steeping and, of course, the proper use of my eGo.
I am a very satisfied customer......or really will be once I get to fill up and vape!!!!!
