madvapes is a good business in general. They've moved and expanded recently and like most small business when that much changes things get a bit messed up. From what I've seen they're back to their good and timely service again. Looks like they ship either the day you order or the next day depending on time. They have very reasonable prices and a good selection of tidbits for the DIY mod maker.
Re: Express shipping. EMS should get to you in 2 or 3 days. Looks like dealextreme was out of something and so hasn't shipped yet. Extremely frustrating for you I'm sure.
