I remember the time when I used to go out for a pint in a small country pub, smoking my favourite pipe, chatting to my mates and having a good laugh. We'd listen to music, play the odd game of cards/dominoes/darts and do the odd quiz.
I miss those days
Now smoking is banned from pubs and the duty on alcohol has virtually crippled the pub trade.
The global recession has further eaten away into our social lives and the small pub is now almost extinct.
I really miss those days
