well i finally get a chance to open up and play with the new vmod, just the right size for my hand fits perfect, im using it right now as it came out of the box,ill do the drip cup when i find the page that explains it better, but as of now there are no leaks at all, which is a good thing, the carts that came with the kit i got 2.4 ohms on my meter, im using a 14500 imr battery, i did find i had to increase the nic slightly to get a good throat hit, i get good heat from the vapor, all said this is a pretty neat little mod, seems to be well put together , simple to use, you get plenty of warm vapor from the silos, no leaks, now if i can figure out how to use a standard 1.5 ohm 510 atty, ill be in heaven

I had my maintenance guy drill tiny holes in mine, and it's feeding and hitting great!

He put two holes in it, one on each side of the atty:

Not the greatest pic (iPhone) but you get the idea.

Sigh, hehe the 3 packs of 1.8 Ohm Silo Cartos I ordered ended up being BF Attys like last order. Going to send them an email soon to see if they can check their stock. I really want to try the 1.8 Silo's but I'm not sure I'll get them.

Got some 1.8 silo's. Wana swap?? :)

Half the old stock BF Atty's they sent me by mistake are nice looking inside, even coils across the cup, the other half are not so good. Was really looking forward to the 1.8 Silos. I already got about 20 BF Atty's but only Two 2.2 Silo's.

Hopefully once Vapefest is over they can set me straight. If not, anyone want to trade? hehe :)

:vapor:It's here! Wow this thing hits great with the 2.0 Hybrid BF Atty's. Installing the catch cup took all of two minutes, really easy when you put a little juice on it to lube it up. Big thanks to the Vapage team (you know who you are). I see myself going thru alot more juice now. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend, and for those still waiting... it's worth it!:headbang:

Hey! Can't a girl have her secrets? ;)

I don't think so...the guy who did it just put them on direct opposite sides. And yes, you should be able to make very good use of the ones you have.

The drill bit that he used was so tiny! I'd never seen one that small. And he also used the most gigantic shop drill I've ever seen. It was hilarious watching him put that tiny little bit into such a huge drill machine and then watching him try to keep the atty in the vice grips. LOL He also blew it out with an air hose to get any tiny metal particles out, but I rinsed it out with hot water when I got home, anyway.

I also heard that you can take a dremel to them and slot them. If you look back several pages or do a google search you may be able to find some pics.

EDIT/ADD: You can also use a punch. I'm sure that those small metal files would work, too. I have some in my hobby room and I'll try it out on another atty...I'll let you know the result.
