I had no trouble with Malty Toffee -- and that's pretty high VG. I've also used some 50/50 without a hitch. Using the higher VG may reduce life of the carto -- but that's about it.
I didn't notice any difference when using atty-----maybe had to clean sooner? Not even sure of that.

Not so worried about carto life. I have sexy atties a-comin! I just love the "feel" of 50/50 and was hoping I didn't have to order my lower-nic juice (gotta prepare for nicotine overload) in higher PG. Thanks love!
I gotta be doing something wrong, i'm convinced that this is user error...
I received my 1.5ohm Hybrid attys today, all stoked to get them rocking i took apart my v-mod and found juice EVERYWHERE, like literally everywhere, all over the battery and on the inside of the casingI haven't been using it heavily at all. The carto on the inside was dry as a bone.
I have been using the [tilt it up without squeezing the bottle, turn it upright then give a short squeeze] technique but juice is still going everywhere.

Lol...I think for us vets there is a much higher learning curve cuz this feeding system is like nothing else...
that being said once you get the hang of it you'll wonder why no one else has done this type before..
to feed mine I turn it upside down and let the bubbles in juice bottle come to the top..give it a couple of gentle shakes..
then turn right side up and give a small gentle squeeze...then a dry suck until chamber is empty...then fire...
for your hybrid atty make sure it is wet and well soaked before firing and then these need fed often til they are broken in..
lighter draw like on an analog works best....get ready cuz once you get the atty going this little thing is a beast..

Hi Grimm! I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of the issues. In most cases, it's attys that seem to need to be cleaned. With this mod, it seems it is the MOD that needs to be cleaned.
I had a flood as well, and washed it all out. Didn't have time to dry it well and took it out with me, semi-dry. It tasted awful, but since friends were watching, I pretended it was fantastic! Had great vapor tho. (Think I posted this here already. Sorry for a dupe post.

On mine, the larger O-ring was quite loose on the attys and the Silos. It also slipped down into the catch cup, into the threads, and that's where it's stayed. According to our authorities, this is perfectly fine.
Lately I've been looking for a more low profile pv and was checking out the VaporLuxe and the Reo mini, then a few weeks ago I came across the VMOD. I like the size, alumium shell (kind of wish the chassis was alumium too, maybe gen 2), and that it's mechanical. I had some other reservations but was not having any luck finding more inormation on it (vids and reviews)and then I found this thread last week, I really appreciate all of the information that's been posted, so today I decided to join the family and order one.
