It's a nichrome coil but much bigger and it runs on 9v.

They make a cool mouth piece for it. no need to inhale it blows the vape out at you. works great. Produces crazy amount of vapor, not for the faint hearted.

Been using one at home for 2 days now like it alot, harsh till you figure out how to inhale it but not to bad when you get the hang of it and with the protection over the wire looks like it should last much longer then normal attys
