Welcome to ECF. That sounds like a little long. If you ordered from out of your country there may be a customs delay.
Try a phone call. I have no idea of what sort of customs things you have in your country. May be and issue there.
Try a local vendor maybe if you are out.

Keep contacting them if they gave you a tracking number make sure to use that link and you may be able to see where it got hung up.

Thanks for your message..they are based in Singapore from what some people here in Singapore say..they have no contact number and have been repeatedly sending them emails, totally no response..I hope that this does not continue to be a trend, as then people will trust in other online companies as well...Thera Liquids
have been waiting almost for a month now for Thera Liquids..they have not sent the juices I ordered and paid for.. This is ridicolous..how to trust this online companies..also now the other online company, almost three weeks, also have not sent the juices..my goodness..they are just taking people's money and sending the goods...SGjuices..this is really bad..people in singapore, malaysia,,wherever you are..please be carefull..I am not hitting them,,,it is the truth..I have the Invoices...badddddddddddd
I just cheaked the site and it said "the site was put on vaction by the store owner". Weird, that they would simply cut off all communication like that.
How to trust online vendors? Go with the ones in the tab above "forum suppliers". I have never heard of thera liquids; I do not order from companies that others have not recommended.

Question though.. Is E-liquid covered under the E-cig ban in Singapore? If so this may explain why you never got anything. I can't understnad not getting back to your e-mails, but this may explain why you haven't received.
Also I am in the US, I shipped someting that would have been a 4hr drive into canada for me, and it took 3 weeks to reach it's destination due to customs. I'd say you probably want to wait abour 4 weeks to account for travel time and time thorugh customs.

The problem is, the previous ppl who bought from them have got their supplies..only recently, they have not received anything like me..there was one supplier Ecigsg..they posted on FB..and soon after that, their webpage was shut down..
Finnally, managed to get my money back from Paypal for Thera & sgvapors..there must be some way that these vendors to be come clean when they are with HiSHam..so that the end users can trust them when they come back again..at least reply to emails..unless they are sitting inside with HiSHam..

Yep....there is turmoil there and things should not be discussed in an open forum.
