love the idea, but who's going to pay for it, if it's the government then it'll come from the taxes and here in quebec people are completely fed up with taxes, we're at 14.75% and everything is more expensive than anywhere else for anything

oh and about daycare, it's very hard to get one, you have to ask years ahead and cross your finger that in time you get the place and it's not impossible to get one but it's far from your place which isn't practical
