The bottle should just be tight. Blind squonk a cartos. Draw without firing and squonk till you feel a slight resistance and hear the gurgle. Stop! You are ready to vape!

Those are both beautiful REO's!!!!

Looks great! I haven't used a carto in a while, but if I remember, the thicker juice required a slow steady squeeze. Too hard and it all ended up in the cup.

Prime the carto as normal, and squonk to refresh it.

No, they don't have to be too tight. With the carto, do what we call a "blind squonk." While you are pushing the bottle, suck on the carto until you feel the pressure change. That will bring the juice up into the carto more efficiently.

thanks! that works so much better! I was squeezing on the bottle and looking into the carto with the tip off to watch the action, and made a mess in the cup.

I switch to 6mg around 7pm- plenty of time to build my first coil and get the Grand going!

thankfully, dinner is in the crock pot and I did all the housework while waiting for the mailman!!

Congrats, that's a stunning set you have, thanks for sharing. After a little practice with the blind squonk you should be able to get to a point where there will be no juice in the cup. I truly believe it's easier to learn how to build and wick a coil than it is to learn the blind squonk to a carto.

I made my first coil! a familiar 1.99 ohms- it ain't pretty, but heats up nice and it doesn't short out, so I'll take it!



have some hemp and bamboo boiling now.. real tough time threading ekowool and silica tonight.

it's already much easier! no juice in the cup since the advice! I know I saw it in the videos, but in my excitement, totally spaced!!

this Mini is perfect.. can't wait to have the Grand up and running soon.

I boiled twice with water change, and I can still taste the hemp.. how long does this take to go away? the 2mm twine is perfect size. it's a very smooth vape, like almost too smooth, and my coils aren't getting red. tweaking coil placement here and there.
