I have a bunch of eliquids that have gone much too thick and dark. The only thing I can think of is to maybe buy some pure PG to thin them out.

I estimate maybe I should get 2 120ml bottles of PG. Does anyone sell small amounts of PG like that?

The question might be moot at any minute, but it would be stupid of me to waste all the open eliquid bottles I have at a time like this.

Is there anything else I can do that might help? I keep wasting coils prematurely when I try vaping any of these.

My eliquids are stored in a bag in the bottom of the "smoking cart" so they aren't really in the sun very much. TIA

I'd say if you've gone this long without them, you might not miss them if they were dumped; but, that would make me a hypocrite. I believe the smallest amount of PG would be in a 250 ml bottle (here you can get 480 ml for about the same price), then you'd have to buy the smaller bottles to transfer.

The issues that come to mind would be loss of flavor, lowered nic strength, and in my opinion, old juice that gets dark and thick can get off tasting. So, after the investment, I'm not sure it would have been worth it.

I got this one juice from a subscription service and even though it smelled good, it was so thick and dark and killed my coils very quickly. I did even try thinning it by mixing with some 50/50... didn't help much. BTW, it didn't taste that great anyway (not nasty, just disappointing) Must have been old when I got it.

Sounds like old juice. A few times I had juices that turned dark and thick because they were like 3 years old...I never heard of trying to refresh them because they have oxidized. Personally I would toss em

Thank you. That's what I usually did, I guess I can do it to the oldest ones.

Thank you. They do tend to taste a little off so I don't know. But thank you for the links, I'm still hopeful that some of the recent bottles can be salvaged.

Yes, I don't have a lot of coils (maybe 3 packs of 5). I don't want to waste them. Thank you.

I really panic when I'm down to 2 or 3 coils... get OCD about doing "primer puffs", afraid to use my thicker juices, resort to my 50/50 juice and turn off the device every time I'm done using it. That 50/50 is 18mg I got to thin/boost nic of other juices... end up stressing out, vaping too much and then I can't sleep. Then I forget to turn off the device, put it in my pocket and suddenly say to myself "what's that sizzle sound?" Another coil bites the dust

Yes, I'll throw out the oldest ones. They're probably about a year old I guess. Thank you.

Hmmm... Were they dark to begin with? One year is not old. I have a couple of bottles that are older than that and are still perfectly fine. But I never use dark/syrupy liquids so I'm not sure. Also, light is not the only enemy of your eliquids--high storage temperature and exposure to oxygen are just as bad. And dark/sweet/goopy juices are murder on coils (and probably your lungs). ;)

Every nicotine vendor (and many e-cig vendors) sell small bottles of PG and VG.

Yes, I do primer puffs alot lol. I'd better go back to 50/50 if I buy new juice again.

Thank you. I can't store my supplies the ways I'd like to unfortunately, to maximize their shelf life after opening. I don't buy liquids that are dark in sealed bottles. It just happens to them after I've opened them. [emoji29]

No room in the freezer? Some people have had great success with freezing eliquids for long-time storage.

    Can you freeze ejuice?
