Thank you. They do tend to taste a little off so I don't know. But thank you for the links, I'm still hopeful that some of the recent bottles can be salvaged.

If you were willing to add PG to your old juice, you're about one step away from making your own juice. Depending on what level nic you use, I'm sure there's a low nic, PG/VG base you can buy and single flavors or One Shots (recipes already mixed) you can mix yourself.

Yes, I'd love that. But I don't know if they'd let me mix juices here. A smallish bottle of PG would fly better under their radar. Thank you.

Thank you. I can't store my supplies the ways I'd like to unfortunately, to maximize their shelf life after opening. I don't buy liquids that are dark in sealed bottles. It just happens to them after I've opened them.

May I ask what kind and brand of eliquids you are using? I just looked at my collection of commercial eliquids I have around and some of them, about a year or so old, stored in room temperature, are still perfectly fine. I'm surprised that 1-year old juices would turn dark and thick so quickly if they were clean and clear to begin with. BTW, it's OK to add a few drops of distilled water if you want a thinner consistency; 5 to 10% should be enough.

Also, if you need a little PG, I'll be happy to send you a small bottle so you can experiment with it. Just PM me your address.

Gotcha. If you look at my link, you'll see it's also sold in 125 and 250ml bottles (about the size of one or two of those empty bottles I linked to earlier).

    Just saying :).

BTW - what nic strength do you vape?

The one that just got really thick is butterscotch by Skull and Bones. I opened it maybe a week ago and it was thick to start with but got worse. I bought a bunch more bottles of different brands and flavors last weekend and hopefully they'll stay thin enough to use after opening.

Thank you so much for offering to send me some pg. I'll send you a pm with it. Thank you!

I'm still on 12. I didn't think I'd need to wean myself off of nicotine since I like nicotine, but any moment my state might do a full ban. Thanks for the info!

I'm not familiar with this brand, but most sweet dessert vapes tend to be problematic--and they are very hard on coils. Too much sweetener can clog a coil in a day.

Yep, and Evan described having nothing but dry hits, that's what happened almost right after I changed my preceding coil. It was already wasted. Just put a new one in today and I'm using a thinner ejuice, so I'm hoping it will last a week. Thank you so much!

One more question. What kind of coils are you using? Generally, if the wick isn't burned, you could try to rescue it. Just rinse the coil under running water well and let it dry. Or soak it for a couple of hours in vodka or denture cleaner (one tablet per cup of water) and rinse and dry.

Thank you for these tips! I'm still using a Nautilus mini because it's easy to replace from B&M stores and online. I have two Cleito tanks somewhere and I haven't tried them yet. Worried I'll go through ejuice faster if I'm vaping at 30 or so watts. Thank you again!

So, I am using Nautilus coils. The most recent iteration of those has some blue on the coils. I haven't tried those yet, but I have a pack, but still using bvc (?) coils.

The blue ones are mesh 0.7Ω coils. Rereading the thread below may help--I don't use Nautilus so not an expert. Just make sure you start at the lowest manufacturer's recommended wattage (20-25W for the blue mesh coil)--and prime the coils before first use with a few drops of eliquid.

The standard .7Ω head has whiteish o ring.
The .7Ω mesh has blueish o ring.
    .4Ω has black o ring.

    Nautilus heads
    .4Ω
    .7Ω standard
    .7Ω mesh
    1.6Ω
    1.8Ω
And the Triton mini heads. (must be mini)

I bought a pack of new Nautilus coils last week. They have a green part. I'm wondering, will these new coils work in a basic older Nautilus mini?
