Thin down VG with vodka ??

I have a juice which is 70vg which I don't normally use. Prefer high PG but really wanted to try the flavour. I think it's going to be a little thick for my nautilus. I read somewhere to thin it with vodka. If I fill my 2 ml tank how much vodka should I add or should I use plain water ??

Use distilled water it's not a good idea to vape alcohol

I would use distilled water as my first choice for thinning high VG, maybe starting at 3-5%. Vodka will work too, but you need far less for thinning, maybe 1%. If you use vodka, it's good to let the bottle sit open for an hour or so, letting most of the alcohol evaporate. Either way, add just a little at a time until you get the flow and wicking you need. I don't have by distilled water at the moment. Would it be ok to ur tap water till I get some ?

A few drops of tap water won't hurt..a steady diet will kill your coils with mineral deposits.

since you just need a tiny bit right at the moment you can make your own distilled water. Get a very clean pot with preferably a glass top. Add some tap water. Bring it to a boil. The water that condenses on the lid will be basically distilled water. I made my first 10mls of distilled water this way. It got me by until I could get to town for a gallon of it.

Why not get some PG and mix with that?
