I looked at a vendor that sells the Robust in black. They were from another country and I wanted to see how much it would be to ship it. So I filled out all the information except the credit card info. It was too much, BUT a week later, I received it... SHHHH 
Ricks, I just got my first Robust less than 48 hrs ago and mine has been sticking too!! I just contacted the vendor and asked if I should send it back or try using it for a bit. I don't want my 14 days to go by and then not be able to do anything about it.
Also the first two twist's I purchased both had the same sticking button problem. Sent those back and was replaced with two new ones that did the exact same thing. However after using them for a while, that problem has gotten allot better and I am hoping the Robust will do the same thing after a little use. We shall see.
If I don't send it back, I may try the alcohol trick but mine started sticking brand new right out of the box. I love the way it vapes, especially with the evod t3's.
