Things that I would like to see at Totally Wicked

I'd like to see all products warrantied for like Janty for 6 Months. Your customer service is outstanding but I have 2 tornado batteries that only hold a charge for 2 hours and there is nothing I can do about it but buy a janty battery that has a 6 month warranty and they will even ship me out my new battery or warrantied atomizer before I even send mine back. That's great customer service from Janty. I'd really like to see you match it.

That is all. I like the totally wicked brand over janty and i'd like to see these changes made.
