Hi
I'm considering switching to your product from my current KR8 product. I was wondering if you could tell what if anything is the difference between your batteries and any of the others, if any ?

I already know that your new cartos are getting great reviews and will be definately trying them.

As to the website.....I can tell you why I never bought from you before....no information. At the very least if I buy a battery I want to know the rating...what is the mah? And I like to see it all in one place...right under the "buy" button. :) I am buying from you now because you lowered your prices AND because based on what I've read on the forum you actually have a superior product in your new cartomizers. But not everyone has the time to spend searching through the forum....I think it might be to your advantage to keep the noobie in mind and provide just a little more info.

Thank You!

Hey there! Appreciate your input. Always trying to improve, so thank you very much.

The batteries are ALMOST identical but we do really like the draw on ours a bit better. We sourced a new manufacturer after many many returns and warranty claims on the original manufacturer's products.. It's essentially a clone but we've worked hand in hand with the manufacturer and given them feedback over the course of many months to arrive at what we have now.

They're rated at 280 mah from our manufacturer. Life is pretty decent.. Much better than I've ever got from a 510--longer battery so go figure ;)

As far as the cartos.. Yeah, they're awesome. Realize that we're rather limited on selection but we're working on expanding the line! :)

hey thanks! For me....as long as you have blanks I'm happy. :)

280's good. I notice the Monsters are out of stock. ANy idea when they will be back? And will you be offering an XL Auto ?

yeah....every time I look at some fancy mod I always end up just sticking with my KR8's. You just cannot beat the battery life and I have yet to find a 3.7 mod...no matter how pretty that can outlast an XL kr8 battery.

Nice to see you making the changes to attract more customers. Wishing you all the success you deserve. :D

Hi Ben,

I understand that you are talking about your standard length battery. How about the monster? Is it 380 mAH or so? How do like them?

I'm also interested in your new cartomizers but I'm hoping you'll introduce some with removable end-caps. I like to be able to look inside the carto to make sure everything is as it should be, the center post is, indeed, in the center, and so on. I also like to refill often and my preferred method is to refill from the battery end with the mouth end open so I can see what the liquid is doing. Can your cartos be successfully refilled from the battery end?

I will check into making them removable.. The current ones were supposed to have a rubber cap but that didn't happen this go around.

I stick to the condom fill method at the moment but have had some success dripping from the battery end.

New monster batteries would be somewhere in that mah range I'm guessing.

I think Scottbee (possibly others too) have posted in here on one of the other new carto threads (maybe the 'Turbo' one) about using the condom fill method from the batt end. He likes to line up the innards with a plastic-coated paperclip (for the thickness I think) pushed in from batt end tho.

With Ben's (hi btw Ben! :)) current glued-on cap carto version, ppl are apparently using that same dunk-tip-of-cap-only-in-small-amount-of-boiled-water method you've probably heard about, to loosen the glue and enable removal.

Actually, I had a carto that was prematurely diminishing. I grabbed a regular super skinny paper clip (I dont go for the fancy coated ones) and put it in the battery end, lined up the center so I could see light, and what do ya know? it worked like a champ again!

I also found that removing the white cap and filling from the battery end with the condom fill method really does help prevent over filling/juice in the mouth.

Yup that sounds better to me, and Ben, another advantage of condom fill through batt end is that the juice travels up the center tube and then cascades over it into the batting at the sides of the tube -- better saturating that most important area. Hear this way also helps prevent dry pockets in the filler, since it distributes more evenly.

Thanks, Miss MIA, I've been following that other thread. I'm just bugging Ben to get us those removable end caps. ;) I like to SEE what I'm doing.

YAY, thanks for providing me with what will be the first and only instance of yours truly being considered 'fancy' level! 'course, had just been parroting the authentic smartypants' findings, but I'll take it! :D
