Update: I am having to update, I have to return mine due to a malfunction in which it is only discharging one battery.

It does Sara. Fortunately Element Vapes has handled the problem very well, responding promptly and giving me the choice of a refund or exchange. Rather than having to wait to replace it, I think I will just order a new mod, and ship the old one back when it arrives and apply the refund. They indicated that would be fine.

Hi folks mine worked from Feb, now one battery slot stopped working. Did anyone disassemble the baby?

Sorry, I did not want to void my warranty on mine, so I simply returned it.

I don't know, I returned it under the 30 day vendor policy.
