It's a pain in the rear, getting a fresh carto to wick properly. But, it can be done without tampering.
I've actually been working on this carto for the past two days, trying to get it to wick. I even let the carto soak in my 100ml bottle for a few hours, and now I have the carto loaded in the tank positioned over the 100ml bottle as I continue to drip juice through it, via syringe, until I see the filler dry and then repeat.
It's taking a while, but once it's saturated, it's heaven.
