I need some help please! I have some wonderful coffee juice from Copper Creek and
for some reason I ordered in the wrong ratio of pg/vg and it's too darn thick for the
Vision Clearomizer's and/or Ego Mega Dual Carts I use. How can I thin it? Can I/Should
I just add some distilled water or??? and if so how much would you add to a 30ml bottle?
I don't know what possessed me to order 30pg/70vg I usually do it the other way around.
Thanks much in advance!:)

You could probably use distilled water. You could also use PG or vodka/Everclear or something like that. The only thing with thinning is that you will weaken the flavor and also the nicotine. I would say the best solution is to buy another bottle of the same flavor juice and make the next one 100% PG based, then mix them together. That way you won't be diluting the nicotine or flavor.

I am vaping 100 VG lately, a drop or two of distilled water per fill is usually enough to get it to wick properly. My "non-rule" is ~ 1 drop per 2mL. The water appears to have a higher surface tension than juice, so 1 drop of water =/= to 1 drop juice. Of course, as you vape it gets thicker at around the half way mark, eventually becoming quite syrupy when it hits 1/4-1/3 even with a 50/50 mix. You'll get a feel/taste for it as you go.

So yea, distilled water is the way to go. Be careful not to overdo it or you'll end up flooding. Believe me, getting a mouthful of juice is not a pleasant experience.

I thinned some Johnson Creek Red Oak (100% VG) using some Everclear Grain alcohol and I killed it. No flavor, no throat hit. It just died. I was just experimenting and I was told to add "a few drops" to a 30ml bottle of juice. Well, I didn't want to take a chance of wrecking a $20 bottle of juice so I put a couple of ml's in a small traveller bottle and put one drop of Everclear in it. I would have put in the correct ratio of 3 drops/30ml (which would have been 1/5th of a drop) except I have no way of dividing a drop. Anyhow, it obviously was way too much grain alcohol because I just murdered the juice. Oh well, it was only 2ml of juice and it confirmed that you can easily overdo the alcohol thinning. I will try distilled water next time and do it according to recidivus' method and go from there. (1 drop of distilled water per fill) Got to find me some distilled water first though. Does Wally World sell that stuff? I have pure grain alcohol but no distilled water. I guess I have my priorities straight, eh?

I don't know about all that. I recently ordered Virgin Vapors Kona Velvet Milkshake and it is so thick it won't even penetrate the filling in the carto. As in a single drop will go nowhere in the carto, it just sits on top like a water drop on a freshly waxed car. I had to order a Vivi Nova 2.5 to try to use this juice, and even then I don't know if it will work.

I hope that works for you. I just ordered a Vivi Nova as well and I'm hoping that my AV will work in it. Had little success with AV in cartos/clearos.
