This AC to this USB? Will it work?

Can this joyetech wall charger adapter be used with this USB charger?
I heard you can use the Ego chargers on the Evod so I just got a USB adapter for the Evod, but then I see after I received my USB charger that some people are saying no.

Here is the other half of the joyetech charger. Looks like the only difference is 20mA on the Output.

I'd say it should be fine. The Ego charger shouldnt draw the wall wort's 500ma limit, and it puts out 5v dc, which is what the ego charger pulls. on paper it looks fine.
