Been on this forum for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that I am completely blown away by how awesome the members are and the positive energy here.

It occurred to me that there are literally thousands of people who come here, from all walks of life, and the one thing that they all have in common is that they did something positive to improve their life.

You don't find that anywhere. I've been on the internet a long time, and I have never seen a place like this.

Most support groups are focused on a group of people who are victims of a particular problem. What you never see is a support group focused on a solution... that works... that's fun and interesting!

So rock on, everyone. I tell everyone about this forum - vape shops, smokers, vapers, everyone! Spread the word!

using an iTaste MVP 2.0 with a variety of different tanks - my favorite is the nautilus mini.

It's been a great setup. My fiance and I are housekeepers, and the portability and long battery life are great! We do find that, because we can often only take quick breaks to vape, we've had to add nic to a couple juices to keep our nic levels up. It seems to take a juice between 36 and 40 mg of nic to equal our old "cigarette break," but the important thing is we found something that works and keeps us off of analogs.

I completely agree, I frequent gaming forums a lot (big shock given my forum name, iknoright) the hate, and venom there spewed by people with the same interests are toxic. It's such a refreshing change of pace to belong to a forum that is so supportive of others and their journey to better themselves, regardless of age, background, equipment used, etc..

Looking forward to some great conversations with you all. Vape on!

that is a very high dose of nic.... Might be that you and your fiance might benifit from reading this;

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ecf-library/337017-inhalation-technique-e-cigarette.html

Just covers some basics on more efficient ways to vape, since nic in smoke gets absorbed a bit different than nic in vaper.

Ofc as you describe the situation, it may be that you do need to go heavy on the nic, just for those break hits.

HI!! I'm the Fiance, and yes...that is a very high nic level, we are aware of the risks. Of course, we did not add nic willy nilly to our juice. There is a very lengthy formula you need to use to do this correctly.

We also do not vape that high nic juice very frequently. We use it only to increase the nic level in our blood (we stop the instant we stop craving an analog), then go on vaping our normal juice(s). I don't recommend that for everyone. It was, however, the only thing that got us off of analogs completely. Up to that point, we were always craving them. With this method, that craving went away, and another upside is we actually vape less. I was a backslider....(hangs head in shame). I kept smoking analogs until we came up with this method. I've been completely analog free for 3 weeks now. Yay!

So, if you are having a hard time completely quitting, we can point you in the direction of the formula we used to make this process as accurate as possible. As always, use your head. If you feel sick at any point...stop.
