day 7 and have avoided 280 cigs, the amount of support i received here is incredible and is keeping me going. im a newbie and i feel so lucky to have the excellent help and advice and of course encouragement which is given freely and so kindly by people here. anyone coming in new, please post and ask for help, we are on our way to a whole new life, its exciting, isnt it! lets enjoy our new journey knowing we are in the best hands I LOVE THIS FORUM AND ITS WONDERFUL MEMBERS x

thats right, 2 packs a day, and smoked 50 the last day, that wasnt unusual for me, esp if i was going to drink alchohol, my entire mouth used to hurt, my teeth, scummy coated tongue, breath like ...., gums bleeding, here i am with clean tongue, no sore teeth/gums , no bleeding and my top teeth are white, my bottom teeth have lightned so much, bizarre and beautiful. thank
