I had placed another order with Health Cabin about two weeks ago and was wondering why it was taking so long. I decided that if I didn't get it by Monday (Nov. 9) I'd contact them about the delay. Even shipping from China usually doesn't take this long. Today, I received an email that they were refunding my shipping costs due to unexpected delays. This is just one of the reasons I like doing business with them. They could have just given me an apology and shipped the order, but went the extra mile by issuing me a refund. Thank you.
