Hi New Sunshine after waiting 36 days and having an atomizer returned to you and being refunded, I would never use China mail again and it makes no sense to pay $20+ for shipping with DHL or EMS for small orders.

Can't you look into other cheap shipping options like Singapore Post, Swiss Post ( delivers to UK, EU + USA to I think? ) and maybe even Hong Kong post, though HKP is almost as bad as China post.

I think your shipping options keep people away from your site and push them to places like Fastech and chinabuye.

I'd love to put in more orders with Health Cabin, but I just can't with the postal options you have.

I totally agree!

In my case, I have been waiting for 48 days, my order have already been returned to you but it hasn't been refunded - yet.

Never-the-less, I have been a happy customer for more than 2 years and I still wish to continue buying from you.

EMS in not an option for Greece since it has strict rules against e-liquids and batteries import.

So an alternative to China Mail would be more than welcome. :thumb:

I contacted HealthCabin last week stating that Singapore Post will accept
ecigs/ecig kits/e-juice and Swiss Post will accept ecigs/ecig kits/e-juice/
standalone batteries and that they should look into it. It was as if my
inquiry went through one ear and out the other.

"hello
DHL and EMS are available for your country, they are fast.
two more shipping method will be brought in next year, ups and ePacket"

It was like communicating with a brick-wall. Frustrating as hell!.

I don't blame healthcabin for being cautious now.

Another Update: No E-Juice and "standalone batteries" with Swiss Post

Swiss Post and Singapore Post are still ok with devices with batteries inside though.

These buggers change their minds every 5 minutes. Maybe there's a terrorist plot
in the works for the upcoming holidays. Who knows!.
