This is getting really annoying already

I purchased a TFV12 tank back in January from vapesourcing. It has been 3 months already and they don't respond to my messages/emails. I was told that i can get a refund in like February and since then no more response. No tank and no refund. Would not recommend this site, if the customer support is so bad and products dont arrive when they should be.

I don't like seeing people starting Claims against retailers of Trivial matters. But this Doesn't sound like a Trivial matter.
