Ok, first of all, that dog is just plain UGLY! Second of all, I'd take the blinged out PV from that sugar daddy, break it down, sell the gold and diamonds then I could buy a HUGE collection of ProVari's. I could even customize them and get them painted in a bunch of diff colors!

I don't care what it's made out of - that is .... ugly. (Is there such a thing at '.... tacky'?) It looks more like 246 BB's coated in clear epoxy. Why is there no light/reflection being picked up by any of those 'diamonds'? At all? (But the name is sure picking up the light. Hmmm..) Or maybe a vinyl wrap - there's something about the way the base is 'finished' that just looks wrong.The whole thing screams PR stunt, get our name in the press for free, for Shisa. That's all. No one in their right mind - with money even - would trash a diamond that large by turning into a drip tip. So... plastic it is.
And the overall idea of doing that - if it was really real - to a disposable battery... I know 'money' and 'smart' doesn't always go together but how could anybody be that stupid? Yup - PR stunt for Shisha - that's all. Source of actual materials used is highly suspect. Owner - unknown - and all that.
