I agree MadVaps is awesome. I have ordered from them 4 times and each time they have shipped the same day I ordered. One of the shipments was short one item and when I called them they took care of the problem immediately answered some questions I had and even included a couple of additional items at no charge. I will be doing more ordering with them.
One of many reasons, this is a standout company for sure. I had a problem with my 510 charger and it fried both of my batteries. They immediately sent me a new charger and new batteries within 3 days. Not only that, they gave me a postage paid return envelope to return the bad parts. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! They not only have my business from now on, I have referred many other folks to them.
Agree with everyone here. Recieved my 510 PCC kit from them late last week, and it was short an atomizer. Sent a support ticket, and recieved a responce within a day, and they sent me out another one right away.
BTW, the PCC is awesome and when fully charged, can get 5 or 6 510 battery charges out of it.

Placed an order on sunday... all is well. got shipment confirmation all is still good. Well today is Wednesday I went to go check the tracking number. it says that the order was delivered in north carolina? that is strange since i live in virginia. opened a ticket about 3 hours ago. no response. i guess they must have gone home early today. thats my luck.

I am sure they will fix it for you, It is probably a USPO screw up. MadVaps is in North Carolina.
i know that is why its strange that i get an order from the other side of the country before i get it from 6hrs away.
