This ol' ladies been busy...a few of my mods!

I've been hanging around for a few months now learning all I can and this is a few of my results. I knew I'd be off work for awhile due to a surgery so I stocked up and got to work. Nothing special, most you've all seen before but due to the fact I knew NOTHING about how to do anything like this, I'm pretty proud of myself. There's no greater feeling than hearing the sizzle of the atty!! I'm so addicted!

Thanks all for the kind words! Who would have ever guessed?? The blue and gray one is a Rayovac flashlight I found at WalMart, it has 2- 10440's in it with a 5v regulator.
I have a few of the pill boxes coming but I still struggle with how to get a switch in it. I also think I'm missing a key piece of understanding on how to put a switch in the bottom of a flashlight and make it work. Been working on a mini mag but can't figure it out without a PCB. Any help would be appreciated.

What problem are you haveing with switches on pill boxes?
Can you provide a pic of the boxes?

This might answer your Q about the way the endcap switch works.
The switch interrupts the neg connection to the flashlight housing. The housing acts as the ground.
